What do you think of some of the other users on this app? The ones who claim to be getting weapons in the mail or strange packages from "the future" and whatnot.
[oh this is like a real, serious question. it takes him a minute to collect his thoughts]
I think it's hard to ignore some of the obvious shit. Like where did horses go? Or remembering fruit didn't seem this creepy before. And some stuff wouldn't be faked - there's a person I know who lost language capability Why would anyone pretend that happened to them?
But I haven't experienced any of it first hand One girl told me some people write off the memories as hallucinations And some people see them as maybe they were reincarnated And other people see it as the past And like you just said maybe it's "the future" It's hard to say I feel like, once I get one, it'll be easier to say what it feels like, you know? It's all just guessing right now
...It doesn't feel like something like this should be happening to someone like me. I suppose that's really what I wanted to say. That this all seems...impossible, because things like this aren't supposed to happen to people.
That's just it. We're PEOPLE, just normal average...people. But some people are really buying into this business about laser guns and time travel and...
It's all well and good when it's an anime, but we can't just put down real life and go do something else, you know?
Well, none of this is normal. That train already left the station. So we got ourselves a couple options:
We can freak out about it and get scared and give up
or
We can keep on living and deal with it one step at a time. If we get memories or weird objects or weapons or whatever, we deal with it when it happens. In the meantime, we go to work and live our lives and try to support our friends who are having to deal with whatever awful shit this app is throwing at them.

Because I'll accept it, if it is. Without a second's hesitation.

Don't gotta make it be a new thing when it was always there.

I. ...Text is the worst possible medium for this, I want to say thank you but that in itself seems stilted and not...enough...
That means a lot to me. Is what I mean. And what I'm trying to articulate, badly.

Our friendship is important to me.
I've got your back.

...Even to the high school prom and back. :)

That's what friends are for.
