I don't think it's unnatural to be scared of a mob. That's just instinct. Perhaps it's frowned upon in a moral sense, but it's not...it's not a sign of malice, I don't think. A flaw, perhaps, but not a damning one by any means.

You asked me once if I knew anyone who could suppress someone's special abilities. I don't, here. But back then, there was someone who could — a ninja, or Shinobi, who went by the name of Gama. He made paint from his blood and could use it to inhibit people's abilities.

It's his specifically. Or — well, hmm. No, that's not quite accurate. It's a particular art made with a demon's blood, but I think it can be learned? The Shinobi had masters and apprentices — it was a technique that could be passed down from one to another.

So...certainly it would take a demon, but I think the technique itself could be learned? I'm not entirely certain on the finer points.
